Program Description: Our combined residency received approval from the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Pediatrics in November of 1999 and was fully accredited by the Accreditation Council on Graduate Medical Education in July 2006. We offer a four-year program combining two outstanding departments. The program provides optimal, comprehensive training to prepare internist-pediatricians for a broad array of career options ranging from primary care to subspecialty fellowships to research in health services and clinical medicine.
